Notes from Jo: Flip The Script

When was the last time you flipped the script? Recently I was on a call with former PK Chef, Kirby Hasseman. We were catching up on a few things and I ended the call saying, "You have answered my 3 questions, do you have one for me?". If you know him you know that he has a great, consistent vlog series, Delivering Marketing Joy, and ends them each with that statement. We were not doing a recording that day--simply catching up, and when I asked him that vs having him ask me, he busted out laughing. It was such a genuine and hearty laugh and he said "no one has ever flipped the script on me".

So, today, I ask you, how can YOU flip your script? What can you do today that is different from yesterday? Different from what your competitors are doing? Different from what your colleagues are doing. Different. Just different. We all want to stand out. We all want to be seen. What are you going to do with your script.

Maybe it's trying something new like #promochat on twitter on Wednesdays at 3 eastern, or maybe it's the PK Mentor program. Maybe it's recording a podcast with PromoKitchen.
