  • Done with stock issues? 

  • Done with longer lead times?

  • Done with client's patience wearing thin?

  • Done with snarky emails?

  • Done with zoom and google meets and teams?

  • Done with being a cheerleader for your team when they're done too?

  • Done with end-of-year goals?

  • Done with deadlines?

  • Done with decisions about events being live or cancelled?

  • Done done and more done?


Take a pause and think about how hard we are all working right now. It has been so taxing to show up for yourself and colleagues, and we can all feel it.  You are not alone. With so many things coming from so many places it is easy to feel buried, burdened and like there is no light at the end of this tunnel. We may have lost our sense of empathy around clients and coworkers… we can all feel it. Truth is, we care.


There are many things that we cannot change or control like when t-shirts will be easy to find and production times are back to normal. But there are things in your control. What can you do in this moment to make a change… to stop being done? How do you press restart and hit the day with a genuine smile? Try listening to a new podcast. What about a team huddle? When was the last time your team did something fun just for fun? Maybe it is picking up the phone to thank a client for sticking it out with you.


Stop being done and start getting it done. The world is going to keep spinning and the time for positive changes is now.
